Guides fro Applying for Chinese Visa
1. According to the agreement between Iran and China, holders of Iranian diplomatic/service passports are free of visa requirements for entering China.
2. For Iranian citizens going to Macao Special Administrative Region, they can apply for Arrival Visa by Invitation Letter or other certifications. They needn’t apply for a Macao SAR Visa in Chinese Embassy in Iran.
3. For Iranian citizens going to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, no matter what type of passport they hold, they all are asked to apply for a HKSAR Visa in Chinese Embassy before entering Hong Kong.
Regulations for Notarization
1. Only Chinese nationals gaining Residence Permit in Iran can apply for notarization.
2. Applicants should come to the Chinese embassy in Iran in person.
3. Applicants should offer original valid passport and its copy.
4. Applicants should fill in the ‘Application Form for Notarization and Certification’ carefully, specifically and legibly. All the blanks of the form must be completed.
5. The notarized content must be exact, accurate and without correction.
6. Applicants should sign in front of the consul officials.

I have just received official invitation from China with the help of my trade partner in China, but it took longer then I have planned. Can I get my visa done in the same day from Chinese embassy as I have all the documents ready with me?
Normally it will take 4 working days, unless you have some documents to prove the reason for urgency and visa officer is convinced you can not get it in one day. The visa invitation will need to be verified in some case which will take some time. Good luck!

You can send anyone to Chinese embassy to submit your documents, no need to be there in person, unless for some reason Chinese visa officer asks you to present yourself.

I am afraid not, usually it is valid for one month. But you can try with Chinese embassy , if other documents you providing is supportive and you have traveled previously they might grand you visa.

I am an Iranian currently studying in Germany. I’ll be returning to Iran in a few months. I understood that the embassy is moving from No.13, NARENJESTAN 7th, PASDARAN Ave. to AGHDASIEH, BARADRAN MOVAHED DANESH St. I would like to issue a visa for China when I return back to Iran. When is the embassy expected to move?
