I am a Indian passport holder residing in Kuwait. Planning to travel Hong Kong in July. But at that time my residence will be valid for 4 months only, can I get visa for China ?
According to the rules your residence permit and passport must have at least 6 month validity time , but visa officer has very strong power now he can issue visa in your case if you can some how prove or convince him that you will be back in very short time from China.

I am resident of Kuwait from last 20 years, i have near 20/25 time visit to China.and lot of China multiple visa have alreday stamp in my passport for China visa.
I have near 8000.00 KD amount in BANK OF CHINA from last 4/5 YERAS. SO pls let me know which way can get China visa to bring back this money.

It is better you apply a business visa to settle your money matter in China, simply get a invitation letter from a company in China and you are done!

In these days i dont have any business with any China company so no any way to get business invitation letter.
so pls let me know is there is any other way to Deposit any big amount kd in bank by the name of CHINA consulate this only to sure i will be back after finish my work.

Considering the size of business you might able to get some recommendation letter from local trade office/ chambers of commerce , or try to get tourist visa which will be easier to get and there is no strict restriction for doing business deals on tourist visa. By the way what is your nationality?

Normally you can get tourist visa with confirmed air tickets, hotel booking and travel confirmation by a local travel agent in China. Visa officer has the power to require more documents if he wants such as bank statement etc. If you have so many visas on your passport , you application should not be difficult. Best way is to book a 3-4 days tour from a local travel agent in China, and provide booking confirmation of above to China Embassy.

Kuwait Civil ID requirement
I am venezuelan working in KOC, my family just arrived to kuwait and procesing the resident visa (we are expecting to have in 2 days), we want to go to china (hong kong and beijing) in 1 or 2 weeks but we will not have time for the civil ID. My residence visa and civil Id will expire on december
it is so important that requirement for the tourist visa?
Venezuela and chinese Goverment have strong economical ties therefore the requirements in the chinese embassy in venezuelan are few.
Please I need your advise so in negative case I can program my trip for another asian country with less requirements

Good day!
I am a Filipino working here in Kuwait. I have plan to visit China on January 12-18, 2012. I already have a confirmed flight booking on this scheduled date. I am currently in contact with a travel agency in China to arrange my hotel and itineraries for my visit. Confirmation for the said hotel/itineraries will be settled in a few days.
I have the following concerns:
• I will be traveling to Philippines on January 4, 2011 for a one month vacation. Hence, when I visit China, the country of origin is Philippines. Could I process my visit visa in your embassy here in Kuwait since I have limited time to process the visit visa in the Philippines?
• If I am allowed to process the visa here in Kuwait, what are the requirements?

TOURIST VISA
I am holding Pakistani Passport I went to embassy with all the required dacuments to apply Tourist Visa.I got very strange answer that I have to go my HOME Country to apply Tourist Visa,While I have residence mentioned in requirements.Bank Statement with handsome ammount Ticket/Hotel Booking everything.But I do not understand that when you have residency from any country what it mean.I have been all over the world and got visas from Kuwait.If you dont want to give VISA to Pakistanis just say NO VISA FOR PAKISTANIS I dont mind But this answer I do not understand
