I’m running a business event in Malaysia from July 12-14. I have an attendee from China who needs a visa but problem is he is in the U.S. from now until Jul 10 so he is unable to bring his original passport to apply for visa in China (his secretary tried using a copy of his visa but the consulate in China did not accept). This attendee also holds a U.S. green card. Based on that, is there any way he can get a visa for those few days?

I am visiting Malaysia on a British passport tourist visa. At the end of July I wish to travel to the Philippines for a week and then on to Guangzhou, Wuhan and Shanghai. I would like to get a 60 day tourist visa or 6 month multiple re entry visa. Will i need an invitation letter from a Chinese citizen with a national identity card or other special documents to do this? Will I need an onward flight ticket? If my application is accepted for only 30 days can it be extended once i arrive?
