Announcement of Change of Visa Fees
According to the principle of reciprocity, since June 1, 2007, the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Turkey have adopted the revised visa fees for Turkish nationals as following: USD 20 for Group Visa per person, USD 25 for Single-Entry Visa; USD 35 for Double-Entry Visa; USD 50 for Multiple-Entry Visa with 6-Month Validity; USD 75 for Multiple-Entry Visa with 12-Month Validity; USD 10 for Express Service Fee of Group Visa per person.
Application for Visa to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR)
Turkish nationals possessing any kind of valid Turkish passport can enter Hong Kong without a visa if they go here for tourism and business and stay here up to 90 days. If any Turkish national intends to go to the mainland of China from Hong Kong, he or she is required to gain a Chinese visa before departing.

I do not think you can apply by mail, you can apply for China in Istanbul if it is convenient to you.

Hello. I’m a foreigner residing in Ankara, Turkey right now and would like to go visit China for two weeks. I see all the fees by embassy for Chinese visa listed here is in US dollars, I think it should be in Euro, am I right?
You can pay in US$ as well as in EURO.
Express visa in chinese embassy istanbul
I am living in Izmir, I am planing to fly from Istanbul by a night flight, I come to know from the official website of China embassy in Turkey that there is a extra-express-service which says if I submit before 12:00 my passport I can get the visa in the afternoon by 16:00. My question is : will there be any possible delay as if it happens I cannot catch my flight? by the way I am Turkish visa holder and I have all the documents ready with me, thanks.
If you have all the documents ready you will not have any problem getting your visa in the same day from Chinese embassy, just be sure not to arrive in weekends or holidays.

Yes, you can obtain the support from Chinese embassy for this purpose but you may spend some time explaining your business, convince them that you are from a respectable company and really looking for establishing good relationship with China. You also try to establish relationship with some good companies in China and they can also guide you in this matter.
