Chinese Visa
Hello,
Can my husband and I get a Chinese tourist at the Kampala Chinese Embassy? We are Americans. We will be in Kampala on January 18th and did see that you are open for visa applications only Mon, Wed and Fri mornings. Is this true? Also, when will you be closed for the CHinese New Year?
