Am a Zambian national and would like to report to your honouraly embassy that some chinese nationals have been swindling moneys from us and am one of the victims. These people set up a website called ‘WALAFA’ where they puport to be supplying electronic gadgets and people have been sending monies to these people.Once money is sent, they keep quiet without any response. Please help us find these people behind this scam.
